About

The Supreme Court allows the regulation of contributions when they create a risk of quid pro quo corruption. Large contributions to candidates create the risk of politicians owing someone other than their constituents.

Donors can give unlimited money to SuperPACs, however, which violates the quid pro quo principle. In order to ensure that our elected officials are not beholden to large donations, we must get rid of SuperPACs.
